Uttar Pradesh is taking a significant step to fight malnutrition with the launch of the Mukhyamantri Suposhan Yojana. This initiative will provide nutritious morning meals to children aged 3 to 6 at Anganwadi centers, ensuring they receive essential nutrients for healthy growth. Chief Minister Adityanath emphasized the importance of this scheme in creating a malnutrition-free state. The program will also expand the Take Home Ration initiative to all 75 districts to support vulnerable families. With a budget of ₹100 crore, the focus is on using local resources and maintaining transparency in food distribution to improve children's health and well-being.
