BharatPe has officially ended its relationship with co-founder Ashneer Grover, as part of a settlement agreement announced on 30 September 2024.
Grover, who resigned as managing director in February 2022, will no longer hold shares in the company, with some being transferred to Resilient Growth Trust and others managed by his family trust. This settlement concludes years of legal disputes between Grover and BharatPe. The two parties will drop all ongoing cases, closing a chapter of public disagreements and accusations, including claims of financial misconduct.
