Imagry’s AI System Transforms Regular Cars into Driverless Vehicles

Imagry, Inc. uses AI to make normal cars driverless at a cost of just $2,000-$3,000, addressing the global driver shortage. Unlike expensive robo-taxis, Imagry’s system uses real-time data from cameras and sensors to navigate without the need for HD maps, which are costly and prone to cybersecurity risks. CEO Eran Ofir highlights that Imagry's system can adapt to various environments, including India, where it is trained to recognize obstacles like cows. The AI-powered system also helps automate buses, offering a solution to the growing shortage of bus drivers worldwide.
