Real estate consultancy ANAROCK predicts significant average price hikes of up to 33% in the top seven Indian cities over the next three years.
Hyderabad's Gachibowli leads with a 33% increase, followed by Kondapur at 31% and Bengaluru's Whitefield at 29%. Key areas in Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Delhi NCR also experience average price surges of 13-27%.
The report attributes the rise to strong demand and increased input costs, marking a notable shift from the price stagnation seen in 2020. Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Pune witness the highest average price increases among IT-driven cities.
