India is leading in AI adoption, with 30% of its companies maximizing AI’s potential, surpassing the global average of 26%, according to a new report by Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Based on a survey of 1,000 CxOs from 59 countries and 20 sectors, the study notes that all surveyed Indian companies are actively experimenting with AI, showcasing a high AI readiness across both traditional and digital sectors. However, only 4% of global companies have advanced AI capabilities, and many are still working towards tangible returns.
