Varun Beverages, the bottler for PepsiCo, reported a 40.3% rise in net profit for Q4 2024, reaching ₹185.1 crore compared to ₹131.9 crore in Q4 2023. Revenue grew 40.3% to ₹3,818 crore, while EBITDA increased by 38.7% to ₹580 crore. The company declared a final dividend of ₹0.50 per share. Despite strong financials, the stock slipped 2.45% to ₹540.05 on BSE. Chairman Ravi Jaipuria highlighted strong volume growth in India (11.4%) and South Africa (12.5%). The firm has also become debt-free using proceeds from a QIP issue.
