In a heartfelt Instagram story titled "The Health Update," Khan, 38, shared his struggles with health over the past year. He expressed gratitude for the love and support he has received but acknowledged that his relentless touring schedule has been detrimental to his well-being.

Khan revealed that, despite feeling unwell for an extended period, he continued working because he believed it was necessary. Now, he feels it is crucial to take a break, stating, "I've been ignoring this for too long." Although he will still complete his current Papa Yaar India tour, he plans to visit fewer cities and will not add more shows. After this special record, he has been advised to take a long break.

To address these issues, scaling back work commitments is essential. Shifting from a performance mindset to a sustainability mindset can help maintain health while still engaging in work. This could involve taking on fewer projects, shorter work cycles, or delegating tasks. Recovery should be prioritized just as deadlines are; exercise, sleep, and downtime should be viewed as part of a healthy routine.
