Sikh Community Takes Stand Against Dhurandhar 2

The complaint, lodged at Mulund Police Station by Gurjyot Singh Keer, specifically names prominent figures including R. Madhavan, Ranveer Singh, and director Aditya Dhar for their involvement in what has been termed an offensive depiction.
Gurjyot Singh Keer has brought attention to the context of the verse cited in the film, which was originally composed by Guru Gobind Singh during a period of persecution under the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. He emphasized the importance of coming together to express their discontent, urging individuals to display black flags whenever Aditya Dhar, R Madhavan, and Ranveer Singh appear in public if they do not issue a sincere apology to the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) and the Sikh community.
