Tata Electronics Resumes Work After Fire Incident

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) has resumed partial operations at its facility near Hosur, Tamil Nadu, five days after a major fire broke out on September 28.

The fire disrupted the production of iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 cases. It started in the mobile phone accessories painting unit around 5:30 a.m., causing thick smoke and panic among workers and locals. Thankfully, all employees were safely evacuated, and no injuries were reported.
