Bhooth Bangla has made waves at the Indian box office, amassing an impressive ₹121.40 crore within just 12 days of its release. The film, starring Akshay Kumar, has resonated well with audiences, especially given its engaging blend of horror and comedy. Starting off with a strong opening of ₹12.25 crore, it quickly gained momentum, grossing ₹84.40 crore in its first week alone.

The film's performance has been particularly noteworthy over the weekends. On its second Friday, Bhooth Bangla collected ₹5.75 crore, followed by a remarkable jump during the weekend. Saturday saw a collection of ₹10.75 crore, while Sunday brought in ₹12.50 crore, showcasing the film's ability to attract viewers even during weekdays. On Monday, there was a slight dip with earnings of ₹3.65 crore, but Tuesday marked a resurgence with ₹4.35 crore collected and a 15% occupancy rate.

Wamiqa Gabbi, one of the film's stars, expressed her joy over its success on social media, stating, “My first 100 crore film. Grateful beyond words to @priyadarshan.official, @akshaykumar, @ektarkapoor and @f.a.a.r.a… along with the entire cast and crew who believed in this film and gave it everything.” Her enthusiasm reflects the collective effort that went into making Bhooth Bangla a hit.

Directed by the talented Priyadarshan, Bhooth Bangla marks a reunion between him and Akshay Kumar after their successful collaboration on Bhool Bhulaiyaa in 2017. The film is produced under the banners of Balaji Motion Pictures and Cape of Good Films, with a stellar cast that includes Paresh Rawal, Jisshu Sengupta, Rajpal Yadav, Tabu, and Wamiqa Gabbi.

The success of Bhooth Bangla is a testament to the growing popularity of horror comedies in India, and it highlights how well-crafted content can resonate with audiences. As the film continues to perform well at the box office, it sets the stage for future projects in this genre, promising more laughter and thrills for Indian cinema lovers.
