Juspay Reports ₹62 Crore Profit in FY25

12 Nov, 2025

Juspay Technologies has made headlines by turning a profit after tax of ₹62 crore for the fiscal year 2024-25. This impressive feat comes as digital transactions continue to rise and the company's client base expands. With a remarkable revenue of ₹514 crore, marking a 61% increase from the previous year, Juspay is clearly on a growth trajectory.

The Bengaluru-based company witnessed a significant surge in its daily transaction volume, which increased from 175 million to over 300 million. Its annualized total payment volume (TPV) also jumped dramatically by 150%, soaring from $400 billion to $1 trillion. The growth can be attributed to the onboarding of several high-profile merchants and banks into its global network, including Agoda, Amadeus, HSBC, and others.

In addition to its domestic success, Juspay is expanding its services internationally, with new offices set up in the US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. Major merchants like Amazon, Flipkart, and Swiggy leverage Juspay's technology for payment processing, enhancing its reputation in the fintech ecosystem.

Despite facing a significant shift in its partnerships at the beginning of 2025, when major payment gateways like Razorpay and PhonePe opted to terminate ties, Juspay's revenue remained unaffected. The company's COO, Sheetal Lalwani, emphasized that these changes didn't impact their revenue, as they function purely as a technology provider.

Juspay has raised approximately $147 million in funding since its inception in 2012, with its latest Series D round in April 2025 bringing in $60 million. This financial backing, alongside a strong cash position, allows Juspay to focus on key investments in talent and cloud infrastructure.

About half of Juspay's revenue stems from merchant payment orchestration services, which manage and route payments through various gateways. The other half is from bank infrastructure services, including UPI and card acquiring services, helping banks process payments efficiently. As the fintech landscape evolves, Juspay continues to compete with other players like Razorpay and Cashfree Payments, all while maintaining a strong foothold in the industry.
