13 Jan, 2026

Prabhas fans in Hyderabad displayed remarkable patience as they waited over two hours for the launch of the much-anticipated song “Rebel Saab.” Scheduled to be released at 6 PM, the song faced delays due to technical glitches and was finally unveiled around 9 PM. The event took place at the Vimal 70 MM Theatre, where fans gathered excitedly to witness the release.

Although Prabhas was unable to attend the festival, director Maruthi and creative producer SKN were present to address the eager crowd. They expressed their gratitude for the fans’ patience and explained the reason behind the delay. SKN shared that there were issues with the Kannada and Malayalam versions of the song, which needed immediate attention.

In a heartfelt speech delivered in Telugu, SKN apologized for the inconvenience caused and remarked, “We wanted to release the song at 6.11 on time, but there was a glitch. This is a large-scale pan-India film, and we are learning as we go. I understand your frustration, and I appreciate your patience.” His sincerity resonated with the fans, many of whom took to social media to express their feelings about the wait.

Director Maruthi also took the opportunity to thank the fans for their continued support. He reiterated the importance of their enthusiasm and promised that the song would be worth the wait. After several minutes, the song was finally released on the screen, showcasing the energetic music composed by Thaman.

The Telugu version features vocals by Sanjith Hegde and Blaaze, with lyrics penned by Ramajogayya Sastry. A Hindi version has also been produced, featuring lyrics by Kumaar and vocals by Sachet Tandon. The song is available in multiple languages, including Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada, reflecting the film's pan-India appeal.

The film “The Raja Saab,” which is directed by Maruthi and produced by People Media Factory and IVY Entertainment, was officially announced in January 2024, although filming began in 2022. Fans can look forward to its theatrical release on January 9, 2024, marking a significant moment for Prabhas and his supporters.
