The sequel to the much-loved Malayalam film "Premalu" has officially been shelved, putting a damper on the hopes of many fans. According to Naslen, the script did not achieve the required perfection, which led to the decision to cancel the sequel. He mentioned that Dileesh Pothan, the film's director, had already addressed this matter.
The announcement for "Premalu 2" first came in 2024 via Bhavana Studios' official Instagram page, igniting excitement among fans.
