During the launch, Rizwan Sajan, the owner of Danube Group, announced that the entire 55-tower project is sold out. He jokingly asked Rizwan, “Mujhe bhi office nahi milega?” (Won’t I even get an office?). This playful banter between the two added a touch of humor to the glamorous evening.
The Shahrukhz tower is set to feature 488 units, with luxury amenities such as a sky pool, a helipad for air taxis, and exclusive executive lounges. With a built-up area of over one million square feet, it is designed to cater to the growing demand for modern office spaces in Dubai. The project is valued at AED 2.1 billion, which translates to over ₹5,000 crore, attracting significant investments.
Rizwan Sajan hinted at the possibility of a second tower named after Shah Rukh Khan, stating, "Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost" (The story is not over yet, my friend). This suggests that the collaboration between the actor and the Danube Group may continue to flourish, potentially leading to similar projects in major cities like New York, London, Delhi, and Mumbai.
During the event, Khan expressed his gratitude, saying, “To see a project of this scale in Dubai carry my name is both an honour and a reminder of how generosity and vision can come together.” His words reflect the pride he feels in being part of such a significant venture, which not only showcases his star power but also his entrepreneurial spirit.
