Thamma, the latest film featuring Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna, has made a remarkable impact at the Indian box office, crossing the ₹110 crore mark in just 11 days. According to trade reports, Thamma collected ₹2.55 crore on its 11th day, bringing its total to ₹110.95 crore. The film, which is the fifth installment in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe, has surpassed the performance of previous films in the franchise, although it still has a long way to go to catch up with Stree 2's impressive ₹597.99 crore domestic collection.
Thamma features a strong ensemble cast, including Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Paresh Rawal in pivotal roles. The film's early success can be attributed to its unique blend of horror and comedy, appealing to a diverse audience. On its opening day, Thamma registered ₹24 crore at the box office, earning ₹55.6 crore over the first three days, and reaching ₹95.6 crore by the end of its first week.
