Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. (AESL) has acquired a 100% stake in Pune-III Transmission Ltd. from PFC Consulting Ltd., boosting renewable energy infrastructure.
Pune-III projects include building two substations (765/400 kV and 400/220 kV) with a total capacity of 2,500 MVA and a 816 ckm transmission line. The project aims to evacuate 7 GW of renewable energy from Gujarat’s Khavda RE Park under the Phase IV Part D package. AESL’s move aligns with its strategy to strengthen shareholder value through strategic acquisitions. Shares were bought at a face value of ₹10 each.
