Adani Enterprises in Talks to Raise $2 Billion from Gulf Funds

Adani Enterprises is negotiating with key institutional investors like the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), and Rajiv Jain’s GQG Partners to raise $2 billion through a qualified institutional placement (QIP).

This share sale is likely to be launched before the end of October. These investors have supported Adani group firms before, and Adani is working to secure firm commitments before proceeding. The company’s stock closed 0.42% lower at ₹3,152.90 on Wednesday.
