Adani to Build $2 Billion Convention Centre in Mumbai to Rival Ambani’s Jio World

Adani Group plans to invest $2 billion in Mumbai’s largest international convention centre (ICC), strategically located near the international airport in Vile Parle.

Spanning 1.5 million square feet, the centre will host up to 20,000 people and include a 275-room five-star hotel. The design has been approved by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), with a detailed plan expected soon. This project challenges Reliance's Jio World Convention Centre in BKC, currently Mumbai’s largest. Adani Airport Holdings Ltd will manage the ICC, further enhancing its strategic importance.
