With Reliance eyeing a 29.8% stake in Tata Play from Walt Disney Company, the deal could also involve Temasek's intention to sell its 20% stake. If finalized, this partnership could extend JioCinema's reach across Tata Play's platform, potentially creating India's largest media and entertainment business.
