Apple's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Luca Maestri, will step down on January 1, 2025, after over a decade in the role. Maestri, who has overseen Apple's financial growth since 2013, will continue to lead corporate services like information systems, security, and real estate.
Kevan Parekh, currently Apple's Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, will succeed Maestri as CFO and join the executive team. Parekh, who has been with Apple for 11 years, has led key finance roles across various departments, including worldwide sales and investor relations.
