Bajaj Housing Finance’s IPO, which opened on September 9 and closes today, is experiencing strong demand and is heavily oversubscribed.
The IPO consists of a fresh issue of 50.86 crore shares worth ₹3,560 crore and an offer for sale of 42.86 crore shares worth ₹3,000 crore, priced between ₹66 and ₹70 per share. As of the third day of bidding, the IPO has been subscribed 16.22 times, with retail investors subscribing 5.42 times, Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) 31.84 times, and Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) 25.77 times.
