Bajaj Housing Finance's IPO, the first from the Bajaj group in years, will open between September 9 and September 11, 2024. The company aims to raise Rs 6,560 crore, comprising a primary issue of Rs 3,560 crore and a secondary offering of Rs 3,000 crore.
The price band will be announced on September 3, with the anchor investor portion on September 6. Bajaj Housing Finance is targeting a valuation of Rs 56,000-59,000 crore. The IPO size was reduced from the initially planned Rs 7,000 crore. SEBI approved the IPO earlier this month.
