BharatPe and its former co-founder Ashneer Grover have settled their two-year-long civil legal dispute.
Grover has agreed to part ways with the company and will no longer hold any shares. His shares will be divided between the Resilient Growth Trust and a family trust for his children. While the civil case is closed, questions remain about the ongoing Economic Offences Wing (EOW) probe. Two arrests have already been made, including Grover's relative. The settlement may influence the outcome of these investigations
