The rituals performed on this day are rich in tradition. Devotees start by sprinkling Gangajal, which is considered sacred, at the place of worship and on the idol of Maa Brahmacharini. The offerings made during this puja include jasmine flowers, rice, and sandalwood, all of which are placed in a kalash. These offerings symbolize purity and devotion.
