The CHSE Odisha 12th Result 2026 has officially been announced, creating a buzz among students across the state. The results were declared on May 20, 2026, by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) Odisha. Students who appeared for the examination can check their scores on the official CHSE Odisha website, chseodisha.nic.in, as well as on orissaresults.nic.in and results.odisha.gov.in.
This year, the Class 12 examinations were conducted from February 18 to March 25, 2026. The exams were held in a single shift from 10 AM to 1 PM. As students eagerly awaited their results, the board provided updates and conducted a press conference to share essential information, including overall pass percentages, toppers, and gender-wise performance.
The overall pass percentage for the CHSE Odisha Class 12 results stands at an impressive 83.71%. In terms of gender performance, girls achieved a pass rate of 83.43%, while boys recorded a pass percentage of 71.49%. When breaking down by streams, the results were equally encouraging, with the pass percentage in the Science stream reaching 88.80%, and in Commerce, it was 88.07%.
This year, a total of 4,01,623 students appeared for the Class 12 exams, showing the high level of participation among Odisha's youth. Notably, the results reveal that 171 students scored over 90% in Arts, while 1906 excelled in Science, and 204 in Commerce. The vocational education stream had a pass percentage of 77.82%.
In an exciting development, students with low scores in any subject will have the chance to take improvement examinations. The notification for this will be released on May 27, giving students an opportunity to enhance their scores.
As the results are now live, students are advised to keep their roll numbers and registration numbers handy to access their scores smoothly.
