Cognizant and Microsoft have joined forces to advance generative AI in the business world. Cognizant invested in 25,000 Microsoft 365 Copilot seats, along with 500 Sales and 500 Services Copilot seats, aiming to enhance productivity and customer experiences.
They plan to expand Microsoft 365 Copilot to a million users among their global clients. Through Cognizant’s Synapse skilling program, 35,000 developers have already been trained on GitHub Copilot, with 40,000 more to come.
