State-run oil companies have cut prices of 19-kg commercial cooking gas cylinders by up to ₹39.50, providing relief to hotels and restaurants. In Delhi, the new price is ₹1,757.
The reduction follows a previous increase of ₹21 on December 1. Domestic LPG rates, unchanged since August, remain at ₹903 per 14.2 kg cylinder.
The move aims to ease financial burdens as retail inflation in India hits a three-month high at 5.55% in November. LPG prices, a crucial household expense, impact millions of consumers across the country.
