Shares of Easy Trip Planners fell 10% after co-founder Nishant Pitti likely sold shares worth Rs 53 crore in a block deal on December 31.
Approximately 3.4 crore shares, representing a 1% stake, were sold at an average price of Rs 15.50, a steep discount to the previous close. Pitti had earlier sold another 14% stake in September. Reports suggest Pitti plans to sell his remaining 14% stake, aiming to raise Rs 780 crore. The stock was trading at Rs 15.45 on the NSE at 9:35 AM.
