Brainbees Solutions Ltd., the parent company of FirstCry.com, is set to launch its IPO on August 6, 2024, aiming to raise up to ₹4,194 crore.
The IPO includes a fresh issue worth ₹1,666 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 54,359,733 shares, with the price band set between ₹440 and ₹465 per share. Bids can be placed for a minimum of 32 shares. The IPO will close on August 8, 2024. The OFS at the upper price band will generate ₹2,528 crore.
