'Foreign Investors, Beware: Re-Entry into Indian Markets Will Cost You Double,' Warns Nilesh Shah

Nilesh Shah, MD of Kotak Mahindra AMC, issued a strong warning to Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) exiting Indian markets.

Speaking at the CNBC-TV18 Global Leadership Summit in Mumbai, Shah stated that FIIs selling Indian assets now would have to pay "dugna daam" (double the price) to re-enter, emphasizing that market corrections are golden opportunities for investment. He advised against short-term equity investments, cautioning one-year investors to stay away due to potential risks.
