Investors like GIC, Blackrock, and SBI Pension participated, driving 4x demand for the issue. The QIP, priced at ₹2,595 per share, diluted 7.68% equity, boosting the company’s net worth by 50% and lowering its debt-to-equity ratio to 0.2:1. With record-breaking sales bookings of ₹22,527 crore in FY 2023-24, the company aims for ₹27,000 crore this fiscal. Recently, it added 11 million sq. ft. of saleable area, unlocking ₹12,650 crore potential.
