Godrej Properties Wins Bid for ₹3,500 Crore Kharghar Project

Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has won the bid to develop three adjoining plots in Kharghar, Mumbai Metropolitan Region, covering 6.5 acres. The project offers 2 million square feet of development potential and an estimated revenue of ₹3,500 crore. Located in Sector 5-A, Kharghar, the site is well-connected to transport hubs like Kharghar and CBD Belapur Railway Stations, along with metro connectivity and the Sion-Panvel Expressway. The premium residential project will offer stunning views of Kharghar hills and benefit from strong social infrastructure, including schools and healthcare.
