HDFC Life Insurance saw its shares jump 10% to ₹653.60 on the NSE after announcing strong Q3 results. The insurer's net profit grew by 14% to ₹415 crore, while its market cap reached ₹1.41 lakh crore.
Though total income dropped 36.6% to ₹16,914 crore, the company reported a 26% growth in individual premium equivalent (APE). Assets under management hit ₹3.3 lakh crore, and the solvency ratio remained solid at 188%. CEO Vibha Padalkar highlighted robust growth in policies, premium collection, and retail protection segments.
