India's Forex Reserves Hit Record High

India's foreign exchange reserves reached a new peak of $670.86 billion as of July 19. This increase is driven by a rise in foreign currency assets, a major component of the reserves.

The growth in reserves strengthens India's economic stability and provides a buffer against external shocks. The reserves also support the country's currency in times of volatility and ensure the ability to meet international financial obligations.
