IndiGo, operated by InterGlobe Aviation, saw its shares rise over 1% to ₹4,295 on November 26 after achieving a record market share of 63.3% in October.
The airline has also partnered with Japan Airlines (JAL) in a codeshare agreement starting December 16. This deal allows JAL to access 18 domestic destinations in IndiGo’s network, making travel seamless for passengers with shared ticketing. JAL currently flies daily from Tokyo to Delhi and five times weekly to Bengaluru. IndiGo’s stock has surged over 40% this year.
