Interarch Building Products' IPO, which launched on August 19, attracted overwhelming interest, being subscribed 93.53 times by the final day, August 21.
The Rs 600-crore offering saw bids for 43.88 crore shares against an offer of 46.91 lakh shares. Qualified institutional investors led the demand, subscribing 205.41 times their allocation. The IPO includes a fresh issue of Rs 200 crore and an OFS of Rs 400.29 crore. Proceeds will fund new manufacturing facilities and IT upgrades. The shares are set to list on BSE and NSE on August 26.
