On November 12, 2023, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) sold stocks worth Rs 190.06 crore, while domestic institutional investors (DIIs) bought shares worth Rs 95.31 crore, based on NSE data.
In November so far, FIIs sold shares worth Rs 6,359.83 crore, while DIIs bought shares worth Rs 6,122.07 crore. The trend of FIIs selling and DIIs buying has continued from September to October and into November.
Despite strong Q2 results, FIIs are cautious, favoring the safety of US bond yields. Financial stock valuations have become attractive due to sustained FPI selling, presenting a potential opportunity for long-term investors.
