Record 41 companies submitted initial public offering (IPO) documents, with 15 filings occurring on the final day alone. This surge was driven by the deadline for submitting audited financials for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. Market participants anticipate a continued uptick in IPO activity through October and November, fueled by strong investor demand and favorable market conditions. So far in 2024, 62 companies have raised ₹64,485 crore through IPOs, reflecting optimism among Indian corporates to expand and seize growth opportunities.
