Karur Vysya Bank Q2 Profit Jumps 25% to ₹473 Crore, Asset Quality Strong

Karur Vysya Bank reported a net profit of ₹473.60 crore for Q2 FY25, a 25% jump from ₹378.45 crore last year. The bank's income rose to ₹2,856 crore, with an operating profit of ₹816.24 crore, reflecting growth across key areas.

Asset quality improved, as Gross NPAs fell to ₹885.61 crore, reducing the GNPA ratio to 1.10%. Net NPAs also dropped to ₹219.22 crore. The bank's EPS grew to ₹5.89, and ROA increased to 1.72%. Shares surged 5.49% to ₹215.50, showing investor confidence.
