Licious, backed by Temasek, has announced plans to acquire Bengaluru-based My Chicken and More for Rs 150-200 crore.
This deal will be a mix of cash and equity, with an earnout component included. With this acquisition, Licious will gain 22 physical stores, enhancing its offline presence to compete with industry giants like Venkys and Nandus. The company aims to increase its offline stores from four to at least 40 by the end of the fiscal year.
