Sales of luxury homes priced at ₹4 crore and above have risen by an impressive 53% in 2024, according to CBRE.
A total of 12,600 units were sold across India, with the National Capital Region (NCR) leading with a 34% share. Other cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad also showed significant growth. This rise is attributed to growing demand from ultra-rich buyers and improved market confidence. High-end homes now account for 17% of India’s total residential sales, compared to just 14% in 2022.
