Madhuri Dixit Invests in IPO-Bound Swiggy

Madhuri Dixit, along with Innov8 founder Ritesh Malik, has invested INR 3 crore in Swiggy ahead of its IPO. Each invested INR 1.5 crore, purchasing shares at INR 345 each through transactions facilitated by Swiggy’s investment banker, Avendus.

This move follows Amitabh Bachchan's family office buying a stake in Swiggy a few weeks earlier. Dixit is now the second Indian celebrity to invest in the foodtech company as it prepares for its public offering.
