Mahindra & Mahindra and Skoda Auto Volkswagen India are on track to sign a joint venture (JV) agreement soon.
Top executives from both companies will meet in Mumbai to discuss details of the collaboration, which aims to share costs, technology, and vehicle platforms for new products. The board members are expected to focus on strategies for product development and the factories that will support the new JV.
