Market Closure Update: Ram Navami Holiday
Today, on account of Ram Navami, all domestic financial markets are closed. This includes segments such as equity and commodity trading, except for the multi-commodity exchange (MCX), which will operate as usual in the second session. However, it's important to note that it's also a settlement holiday, meaning credits from trades or positions in commodity derivatives on April 16 won't reflect in accounts today. Looking ahead, the year 2024 will observe a total of 14 holidays, including significant ones like Diwali and Gurunanak Jayanti.
