Microsoft Acquires 48-Acre Land Parcel in Hyderabad

Microsoft Corporation (India) Pvt Ltd recently purchased a 48-acre land parcel in Hyderabad's Elikatta Village for ₹267 crore. The sale deed, finalized on April 18, indicates a per-acre price of approximately ₹5.56 crore. Facilitated by Sai Balaji Developers, this acquisition follows Microsoft's strategic investments, including previous land purchases in Hyderabad for establishing a data center. In a separate 2022 deal, Microsoft acquired a commercial plot in Pune from Finolex Industries for ₹328.84 crore, showcasing the company's continued expansion in India's tech infrastructure.
