Microsoft India Acquires 16.4 Acres of Land in Pune's Hinjawadi for Rs 520 Crore

Microsoft India has purchased a 16.4-acre land parcel in Pune's tech hub, Hinjawadi, for Rs 520 crore. This marks Microsoft's second significant land acquisition in the city, following a 25-acre purchase in Pimpri-Chinchwad for Rs 328 crore in 2022, where it is building a data centre.

The seller of the Hinjawadi property is Indo Global Infotech City LLP. While Microsoft has not yet disclosed its plans for the new land, Hinjawadi hosts major IT and manufacturing companies, making it a strategic location for future developments.
