Nacdac Infra IPO Breaks SME Records with 1,976 Times Subscription

Nacdac Infrastructure's Rs 10-crore SME IPO saw an unprecedented 1,976.13 times subscription on its closing day, December 19.

Investors bid for a staggering 411.03 crore equity shares against the offer size of 20.8 lakh shares through 6.41 lakh applications. Non-institutional investors led the rush, subscribing 2,635.43 times, followed closely by retail investors at 2,503.68 times. Qualified institutional buyers booked 236.39 times their quota. This IPO set a record as the most subscribed in the SME segment, surpassing HOAC Foods, Kay Cee Energy, and Hamps Bio earlier this year.
