Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy has once again defended his belief in a 70-hour workweek, urging Indians, especially the youth, to work hard for the country's betterment.
Speaking at a recent event in Kolkata, Murthy pointed out that 800 million Indians live in poverty, relying on free rations, and that hard work is necessary to uplift the nation. He emphasized that entrepreneurs are crucial in building a nation's wealth and infrastructure. Reflecting on his journey, Murthy stressed the need for high aspirations and productivity to gain respect globally.
