National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) has announced a bonus share issue at a ratio of 1:2.
This means that shareholders will receive one additional share for every two shares they currently hold. To fund this initiative, NBCC will utilize Rs 90 crore from its free reserves. This move aims to reward existing shareholders and increase liquidity in the stock. The bonus shares will be distributed to eligible shareholders based on their holdings as of the record date.
