No 70-hr week, Adobe CEO Encourages Millennials to Define Their Own Work Patterns

Shantanu Narayen, CEO of Adobe, has responded to Narayana Murthy's controversial suggestion of a 70-hour workweek for millennials, advocating for individual choice.

Speaking at Osmania University, Narayen emphasized doing what feels right for oneself. He noted that while he works hard due to his passion, he supports his team members in taking time off when needed.

Narayen, who received an honorary doctorate, encouraged students to take a long-term perspective and accept that not everything will be perfect, drawing parallels to sports where occasional challenges, like Virat Kohli's recent performance, are part of the journey.
